The solid cover keeps small parts from dropping into the carousel, allowing users to build or break down pallet loads with minimal bending or reaching. The self-leveling positioner automatically maintains the pallet at a consistently comfortable work height through a combination of a permanently mounted spring and a reinforced rubber airbag, ensuring ergonomic positioning as layers of product are added or removed to increase productivity. The airbag features a limited lifetime warranty and is completely protected against accidental puncture. The unit is fully self-contained and does not require a constant air source; it can be charged via a single air connection with an initial air pressure range of 7 to 62 PSI. Integral fork pockets allow easy movement by forklift, and the package includes an air pressure gauge and a relief valve. The positioner has a capacity range from 400 lbs. minimum to 4500 lbs. maximum. Its wide, free-standing base includes fork pockets for easy relocation without the need for lagging to the floor. The carousel measures 43-5/8" outside diameter, with a lowered height of 9-1/2" and a raised height of 27-3/4".
