The bellows cover protects pinch points as the positioner raises and lowers, safeguarding the unit from debris. It facilitates building or breaking down pallet loads with minimal bending or reaching, featuring a self-leveling positioner that maintains the pallet at a consistently comfortable work height. This ergonomic height adjustment is achieved through a combination of a permanently mounted spring and a reinforced rubber airbag, enhancing productivity. The airbag, covered by a limited lifetime warranty, is fully protected against accidental puncture. The unit is fully self-contained and does not require a constant air source; it is charged via a single air connection that requires an initial air pressure of 7 to 62 PSI. Integral fork pockets allow easy movement by forklift, and the package includes an air pressure gauge and relief valve. It supports a minimum capacity of 400 lbs. and a maximum of 4500 lbs.
