The bellows cover protects pinch points as the positioner raises and lowers, preventing debris from entering the unit while a solid cover keeps small parts from dropping into the carousel. The positioner allows for building or breaking down pallet loads with minimal bending or reaching and features a self-leveling system that maintains the pallet at a consistently comfortable work height. This system uses a permanently mounted spring combined with a reinforced rubber airbag to ensure ergonomic height adjustment as layers of product are added or removed. The airbag is fully protected to prevent accidental puncture and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The unit is fully self-contained, requiring no constant air source; it is charged via a single air connection with an initial air pressure range of 7 to 62 psi. Integral fork pockets allow easy movement by forklift. The positioner includes an air pressure gauge and relief valve and supports a capacity range from 400 lbs. minimum to 4,500 lbs. maximum. It features a wide, free-standing base with fork pockets for easy relocation without needing to be lagged to the floor. The carousel has a 43-5/8" outside diameter, with a lowered height of 9-1/2" and a raised height of 27-3/4".
