Preferred for its hard surface, beauty, and durability, the solid maple butcher block used by BenchPro™ is made from 1-3/4" thick strips of genuine maple hardwood. The wood is dried in a low-heat atmosphere for almost one year to prevent warpage and splitting before being cut into strips and glued edge to edge. The hardwood strips vary in width, with some single and some double wide, providing added strength and reducing the possibility of splitting along the seams. The package includes maple butcher block tops generally treated with oil for industrial assembly applications. The assembly can be completed in less than one minute, with 12" height adjustability on 2" increments. The product carries a 25-year unconditional warranty.
