Preferred for its hard surface, beauty and durability, the solid maple butcherblock used by BenchPro™ is made from 1-3/4" thick strips of genuine maple hardwood. The wood is dried in a low-heat atmosphere for almost one year before being cut into strips and glued edge to edge to prevent warpage and splitting. The hardwood strips vary in width, with some single and some double wide, adding strength and reducing the possibility of splitting along seams. The kit includes a butcher block top and assembly components, allowing for assembly in less than one minute. It offers 12" height adjustability in 2" increments. The maple butcher block tops are generally treated with oil for industrial assembly applications. The product comes with a 25-year unconditional warranty.
