Preferred for its hard surface, beauty, and durability, the solid maple butcherblock used by BenchPro™ is made from 1-3/4" thick strips of genuine maple hardwood. The wood is dried in a low-heat atmosphere for almost one year before being cut into strips and glued edge to edge to prevent warpage and splitting. The hardwood strips vary in width, with some strips being single wide and others double wide, providing added strength and reducing the possibility of splitting along seams. The kit includes maple butcher block tops generally treated with oil for industrial assembly applications. It assembles in less than one minute and features 12" height adjustability on 2" increments. The product comes with a 25-year unconditional warranty.
