This certified NSF/ANSI Standard 2 food equipment and NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead wash station is constructed from welded #16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel with the front, bottom, and back formed from a single sheet featuring a rolled rim on the front and sides and a blended uniform satin finish on exposed surfaces. It includes specially designed double knee pedal valves for water activation that provide easy access to working parts without disconnecting mount or plumbing. The station measures 80" x 20" x 45" high with an inside bowl size of 77" x 16-1/2" x 8" deep and a backsplash height of 10". It has a flow rate of 2 GPM, a 3/8" male compression inlet connection, a 2" drain opening, and a 1-1/2" diameter duo basket strainer. The package includes one floor mount wash station model 56FK2, one leg assembly set, six washers and nuts for connection sink to leg assembly set, four double knee pedal valves (bottom mount) with four nuts model 111L, four swivel gooseneck spouts with aerators model 2003L, four connecting tubes for valve to spout connection model 1006L, eight brass fittings (0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT) model 1008L, four mixing check valves model 201L, and two strainer assemblies with baskets model 1010.
