This certified NSF/ANSI Standard 2 food equipment and NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead wash station is constructed from welded #16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel, with the front, bottom, and back formed from a single sheet featuring a rolled rim on the front and sides. Exposed surfaces have a blended uniform satin finish, and specially designed knee valves provide easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing. The wash station's outside dimensions are 80" x 20" x 45" high, with an inside bowl size of 77" x 16-1/2" x 8" deep, and a backsplash height of 10". Water activation is controlled by a single knee pedal valve with a flow rate of 2 GPM, 3/8" male compression inlet connections, a 2" drain opening, and a 1-1/2" diameter duo basket strainer. The package includes one floor mount wash station model 56FK1, one leg assembly set, six washers and nuts for connection between the sink and leg assembly, four single knee pedal valves (bottom mount) with four nuts model 112L, four swivel gooseneck spouts with aerator model 2003L, four connecting tubes for valve to spout connection model 1006L, eight brass fittings (0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT) model 1008L, four mixing check valves model 201L, and two strainer assemblies with basket model 1010.
