The kit includes a wall hung sink model 5071, a wall mounting bracket model 1040, a single knee pedal valve (bottom mount) with 2 nuts model 112L, a swivel gooseneck spout with aerator model 2003L, a strainer assembly with basket model 1010, connecting tubes for valve to spout connection model 1006L, brass fittings with 0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT model 1008L, and a mixing check valve model 201L. The sink, certified NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead and NSF/ANSI Standard 2 food equipment, is designed for hands-free operation suitable for food service applications. It is constructed from deep drawn heavy duty 18 gauge Type 304 stainless steel featuring large rounded corners. All exposed surfaces are electropolished to enhance corrosion resistance, reduce bacterial growth, and facilitate easier cleaning. The specially designed knee valves allow easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing. The sink's outside dimensions measure 19" x 18" x 16-1/2" high, with an inside bowl size of 17" x 14" x 7" deep. Both the back splash and side splash have a height of 9-1/2". Water activation is controlled by a single knee pedal valve with a flow rate of 2 GPM. Inlet connections are 3/8" male compression, and the drain opening is 2". The strainer is a 1-1/2" diameter DUO basket strainer, and the wall mounting bracket includes 1/4" diameter mounting holes.
