This certified NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead and NSF/ANSI Standard 2 food equipment kit features hands-free operation ideal for food service applications, constructed from 16-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel with exposed surfaces finished in satin. It includes one wall mount sink model 504A or 504B with outside dimensions of 23" x 20-1/2" x 19-1/2" high and an inside bowl size of 20" x 17" x 9" deep, a 10-1/2" high backsplash, and is equipped with an AC powered sensor faucet delivering a 2 gpm flow rate. The inlet connections are 3/8" male compression, and the drain opening is 2". The strainer assembly features a 1-1/2" diameter duo basket strainer, and wall mounting brackets have 1/4" diameter mounting holes. The package includes one AC or battery powered sensor faucet assembly, one strainer assembly with basket model 1010, one wall-mounting bracket model 1040, two support brackets with mounting bolts, and one mixing check valve model 201L. Specially designed knee valves allow easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing, ensuring durability and compliance with food safety standards.
