This certified NSF Standard 2 food equipment is built to last using 14-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel with seamless welded construction and a 1-1/2" rolled rim on the front and sides. The exposed surfaces feature a uniform satin finish. The unit has outside dimensions of 27" x 27-1/2" x 45-1/2" high and an inside bowl size of 24" x 24" x 12" deep, complemented by an 8" high backsplash. It includes a water activation single foot pedal valve with a flow rate of 0.5 GPM, 3/8" male compression inlet connections, a 3-1/2" drain opening, and a strainer basket type.
