This certified NSF/ANSI Standard 2 food equipment and NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead wash station is constructed from welded #16 gauge type 304 stainless steel, with the front, bottom, and back formed from a single sheet featuring a rolled rim on the front and sides. All exposed surfaces have a blended uniform satin finish. The unit includes specially designed double knee valves that provide easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing. The outside dimensions are 60" x 20" x 45" high, with an inside bowl size of 57" x 16-1/2" x 8" deep, a 10" backsplash height, and a water activation double knee pedal valve delivering a flow rate of 2 GPM. Inlet connections are 3/8" male compression, with a 2" drain opening, satin finish, and a 1-1/2" diameter duo basket strainer. The package includes one floor mount wash station Model 56FK2, one leg assembly set, four washers and nuts for connecting the sink to the leg assembly, three double knee pedal valves (bottom mount) with four nuts Model 111L, three swivel gooseneck spouts with aerators 2003L, three connecting tubes for valve to spout connection Model 1006L, six brass fittings with 0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT Model 1008L, three mixing check valves Model 201L, and one strainer assembly with basket Model 1010.
