This certified NSF Standard 2 food equipment is built to last using 14-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel with seamless welded construction and a 1-1/2" rolled rim on the front and sides. Exposed surfaces feature a uniform satin finish. The unit's outside dimensions are 21" x 21-1/2" x 45-1/2" high, with an inside bowl size of 18" x 18" x 12" deep and an 8" backsplash height. It includes a water activation double foot pedal valve with a flow rate of 0.5 GPM, 1/2" male NPT inlet connections, a 3-1/2" drain opening, and a strainer basket type included.
