The kit is a certified NSF/ANSI Standard 2 Food Equipment and NSF/ANSI 372 Low-Lead fixture constructed from welded #16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel, featuring a front, bottom, and back formed from a single sheet with a rolled rim on the front and sides. Exposed surfaces have a blended uniform satin finish, and specially designed knee valves provide easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing. The outside dimensions measure 100" x 20" x 45" high, with an inside bowl size of 97" x 16-1/2" x 8" deep and a backsplash height of 10". Water activation is via a double knee pedal valve with a flow rate of 2 GPM, inlet connections are 3/8" male compression, drain opening is 2", and it utilizes a 1-1/2" diameter duo basket strainer. The package includes one floor mount wash station model 510FK2, one leg assembly set, eight washers and nuts for connecting the sink to the leg assembly set, five double knee pedal valves (bottom mount) with four nuts each (model 111L), five swivel gooseneck spouts with aerators (2003L), five connecting tubes for valve to spout connection (model 1006L), ten brass fittings (0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT, model 1008L), five mixing check valves (model 201L), and three strainer assemblies with baskets (model 1010).
