The certified NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead and NSF/ANSI Standard 2 food equipment kit includes a wall mount sink model 7071 constructed from 16-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel with exposed satin-finished surfaces. It features a single knee pedal valve (bottom mount) model 112L, a swivel gooseneck spout with aerator model 2003L, a strainer assembly with basket model 1010, connecting tubes for valve to spout connection model 1006L, brass fittings with 3/8" male compression and 3/8" male NPT model 1008L, a mixing check valve model 201L, wall mounting brackets model 1040, and support brackets with mounting bolts. The outside dimensions are 20" x 17-1/2" x 16-1/2" high with an inside bowl size of 17" x 14" x 7" deep, 9-1/2" back splash and side splash height, and include a 1-1/2" diameter duo basket strainer and 2" drain opening. Water activation is by a single knee pedal valve with a flow rate of 2 GPM, inlet connections are 3/8" male compression, finish is satin, and wall mounting brackets feature 1/4" diameter mounting holes. Specially designed knee valves provide easy access to working parts without disconnecting mount or plumbing.
