This kit is certified NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead and NSF/ANSI Standard 2 food equipment, constructed from heavy duty 18 gauge Type 304 stainless steel with deep drawn large rounded corners. The exposed surfaces feature an electropolished finish to enhance corrosion resistance, reduce bacterial growth, and facilitate easier cleaning. The unit's outside dimensions are 19" x 18" x 16-1/2" high, with an inside bowl size of 17" x 14" x 7" deep. It includes a backsplash and side splash, each 9-1/2" in height. Water activation is provided by a manual faucet with 4" handles, mounted with an 8" faucet mounting center and providing a flow rate of 0.5 GPM. The inlet connections are 1/2" male NPT, and there is a 2" drain opening. The package includes a 1-1/2" diameter Duo basket strainer and a wall mounting bracket with 1/4" diameter mounting holes.
