This kit is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for food equipment and NSF/ANSI 372 for low-lead compliance, making it suitable for food service applications requiring hands-free operation. Constructed from 16-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish on exposed surfaces, it is built for durability. The specially designed foot valve allows easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing. The package includes one floor mount sink Model 725FK1, one leg assembly set, four washers and nuts for connecting the sink to the leg assembly, one single knee pedal valve (bottom mount) with two nuts Model 112L, one swivel gooseneck spout with aerator Model 2003L, one connecting tube for valve to spout connection Model 1006L, two brass fittings with 0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT Model 1008L, one mixing check valve Model 201L, and one strainer assembly with basket Model 1010. The sink's outside dimensions are 20" x 17-1/2" x 43-1/2" high, with an inside bowl size of 17" x 14" x 7" deep and a backsplash height of 9-1/2". Water activation is by the single knee pedal valve, providing a flow rate of 2 GPM.
