This floor mount wash station model 54FK2 is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for food equipment and NSF/ANSI 372 for low-lead compliance. It is constructed from welded #16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel with the front, bottom, and back formed from a single sheet and features a rolled rim on the front and sides, with exposed surfaces finished in a blended uniform satin. The package includes one wash station, a leg assembly set, four washers and nuts for connecting the sink to the leg assembly, two bottom mount double knee pedal valves (model 111L) each with four nuts, two swivel gooseneck spouts with aerators (model 2003L), two connecting tubes for valve to spout connections (model 1006L), four brass fittings (0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT, model 1008L), two mixing check valves (model 201L), and one strainer assembly with basket (model 1010). The wash station measures 40" x 20" x 45" high, with an inside bowl size of 37" x 16-1/2" x 8" deep, and a 10" high backsplash. Water activation is via the double knee pedal valve, providing a flow rate of 2 GPM. Inlet connections are 3/8" male compression, the strainer has a 1-1/2" diameter slip-joint connection, and the drain opening is 2". The specially designed knee valves allow easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing.
