The 20V MAX XR brushless cordless reciprocating saw features a 1-1/8 inch stroke length and variable speed trigger offering up to 3,000 max strokes per minute (SPM) no-load, enabling up to 102 cuts per charge in 2x12 pine. It is engineered for ease of use with a keyless lever-action blade clamp for quick blade changes, a pivoting shoe for optimized performance, a vibration reduction counterbalance mechanism, and an onboard LED to illuminate work areas. The saw is Tool Connect chip ready for asset management with the DCE042 chip (sold separately) and the Site Manager app. Included are one DCS384 20V MAX XR reciprocating saw and one wood cutting reciprocating saw blade. The DEWALT DCB205-2C starter kit features two 5.0Ah lithium-ion batteries compatible with a wide range of 20V MAX tools, helping maintain tool runtime, along with a charger and carrying bag.
