The kit features an all welded construction except for the casters and removable dividers, providing a sturdy and durable build. It has a capacity of 2,000 lb. when evenly distributed, or 1,200 lb. when equipped with full pneumatic casters. The platform and caster mounts are made from durable 12 gauge steel for long-lasting use. Included are six removable 1-1/4" tubular dividers with smooth radius bends to ensure safety and a uniform appearance. The standard setup includes two each of 12" high, 24" high, and 36" high dividers, with seven divider sockets available. The casters are bolt-on, consisting of two swivel and two rigid casters, allowing for easy replacement and superior cart tracking. The platform is flush to facilitate easy loading and unloading, with a deck height of 9" and an overall height of 45".
