The kit features an all welded construction except for the casters, with a durable 12 gauge steel platform and 12 gauge caster mounts designed for long-lasting use. It includes bolt-on casters with two rigid and two swivel casters for easy replacement and upgrade, providing superior cart tracking. The overall height is 57 inches, with an angle "A" frame standing 48 inches above the deck, supported by a 1-1/2" by 3/16" thick angle. The usable deck space on each side of the "A" frame varies by width: 24" width provides 6" of usable space, 30" width provides 9", and the 36" width provides 12". The platform has 1" lips up on the sides for retention and down, flush, on the ends. The deck height is 9 inches.
