The kit features all welded construction except for the casters and has a capacity of 2,000 lb. evenly distributed, with a reduced capacity of 1,800 lb. when using rubber casters and 1,200 lb. with full pneumatic casters. It includes a durable 12 gauge steel platform with under bracing and 12 gauge caster mounts, along with 1-1/4" tubular dividers that have a smooth radius bend for safety. The package comes with bolt-on casters, consisting of two swivel and two rigid casters as detailed in the specifications chart. The platform measures 1-1/2" lips down for flush loading and unloading, with a deck height of 9" and an overall height of 45". The design incorporates four fixed dividers of two different heights, with two outside dividers measuring 24" and two inside dividers measuring 36".
