The Avagard® 1/2" x 100' hybrid air hose is engineered for diverse industrial applications including automotive, construction, and general industrial use, suitable for tasks such as removing lug nuts, operating nail guns, and inflating tires. Constructed from a hybrid polymer blend of rubber and PVC, the hose resists kinking and tangling while maintaining high flow capacity. It features resistance to ozone and UV damage, enhancing durability and service life that can extend over several years under optimal conditions. Weighing 40% less than traditional rubber hoses, it offers improved flexibility and ease of handling. The hose includes solid brass ends and a solid brass universal coupler that is crush-resistant and resistant to corrosion and chemical wear. It operates at a working pressure of 300 PSI with a burst pressure of 1200 PSI. Each end is equipped with four-finger bend restrictors designed to increase hose life.
