The plush cut pile entrance mat features a PET carpet made with 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, providing exceptional fade resistance, stain resistance, and eco-friendliness. It has a clean, sleek look with outstanding durability, measuring 3/8" thick with a weight of 23 oz./sq. yd. The 100% PET polyester fiber is bonded to a heavy-duty 48 mil smooth SBR rubber base. This mat effectively wipes dirt and grit off shoes while preventing moisture from entering the facility. The PET yarn offers excellent color-fastness and resists fading from repeated washing or cleaning. It is certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), making it safe for indoor commercial use at entryways, lobbies, front desks, or anywhere additional traction or moisture control is needed. The mat passes flammability standard DOC FF1-70, holds an AATCC stain resistance pile floor covering Grade 10 rating with no staining, and can be commercially laundered. Regular maintenance includes vacuuming daily in high-traffic areas and weekly in lower-traffic areas, cleaning with an extractor or hosing off as needed to remove heavy soil, and hanging the mat to dry before placing it back in service.
