The FlexTur™ Nitride welding table measures 48"L x 48"W x 35"H and features a 1/2" black top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16", FlexTur™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, casters, and a 2,000 lbs. capacity. The surface flatness is maintained within +/- .015" over 4 square feet. All 48" tables include heavy-duty swiveling lockable casters measuring 2"W x 6"H. The table allows for easy and quick changeover with a movable 16mm locator pin set in a 2" grid pattern. Skirting along all sides features the same hole configuration, enabling extensions up to 24" in any direction using a FlexTur™ fixture block for larger weldments. This welding table is designed for larger jobs, improving accuracy and significantly reducing setup time for complicated weldments, allowing inexperienced welders to make accurate setups quickly. Onboard metal tool board panels keep tools organized and within easy reach. The base requires assembly, but all welding table tops ship assembled. The table is American made in Dalton, Ohio, U.S.A.
