The FLEXTUR™ welding table measures 48"L x 48"W x 35"H, featuring a 1/2" thick top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". It includes FLEXTUR™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, heavy-duty swiveling lockable casters sized 2"W x 6"H, and supports up to 2,000 lbs. The surface flatness tolerance is +/- .015" over 4 square feet. The table is designed with a movable 16mm locator pin on a 2" grid pattern for quick and easy changeover, and skirting with the same hole configuration on all sides allows extension of the table in any direction up to 24" using a FLEXTUR™ fixture block, accommodating larger weldments. This setup improves accuracy, reduces setup time for complex weldments, and allows inexperienced welders to establish accurate setups and become productive quickly. The onboard metal tool board panels help keep tools organized and within easy reach. While the base requires assembly, all welding table tops ship assembled.
