The Flextur™ Nitride welding table measures 48"L x 96"W with adjustable legs ranging from 35" to 41"H and features a 1/2" black top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". It includes Flextur™ tool board panels and offers a 6,000 lbs. capacity with surface flatness of +/- .015" over 4 square feet. The table allows for quick changeover using a movable 16mm locator pin set in a 2" grid pattern. Skirting with the same hole configuration along all sides provides the flexibility to extend the table up to 24" in any direction using Flextur™ fixture blocks for larger weldments. Designed to improve accuracy and reduce setup time for complex weldments, the table accommodates both experienced and inexperienced welders for efficient setup. Onboard metal tool board panels help keep tools organized and within reach. While the base requires assembly, all welding table tops ship assembled.
