This package includes a Flextur™ welding table measuring 48"L x 48"W x 35"H, featuring a 1/2" top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16", Flextur™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, heavy-duty swiveling lockable casters measuring 2"W x 6"H, and a 2,000 lbs. capacity. The surface flatness is maintained within +/- .015" over 4 square feet. The table includes a movable 16mm locator pin in a 2" grid pattern for easy and quick changeover and skirting on all sides with the same hole configuration, allowing extension of the table in any direction up to 24" with Flextur™ fixture blocks for larger weldments. It is designed to improve accuracy and reduce setup time for complicated weldments, enabling inexperienced welders to make accurate setups quickly. The onboard steel Flextur™ tool board panels keep tools organized and accessible. The base requires assembly, while the welding table tops ship assembled. Included is a Flextur™ 57-piece fixturing kit compatible for use with Flextur™ welding tables and tables with 16mm holes, containing locator pins in sizes from 0.75" to 2.0", 5/8" vertical clamps, 4" tool cradle hooks, 3" standard hooks, 3" x 5" bins, and 90° angle brackets, all designed to maximize productivity. The kit is recommended for Flextur™ 36" x 30" and 36" x 72" stationary tables and Flextur™ 48" x 48" with skirt welding tables, with all accessories sold separately.
