This package includes a FlexTur™ Nitride welding table measuring 48"L x 48"W x 6"H, featuring a 1/2" black top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". It comes with FlexTur™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, heavy-duty swiveling lockable casters measuring 2"W x 6"H, and supports a capacity of 2,000 lbs. The table’s surface flatness is maintained at +/- .015" over 4 square feet. The design incorporates a movable 16mm locator pin set in a 2" grid pattern for quick and easy changeover, and skirting along all sides with matching hole configuration allows the table to be extended up to 24" using a FlexTur™ fixture block for larger weldments. The welding table is well suited for larger jobs, improves accuracy, reduces setup time, and allows inexperienced welders to create accurate setups relatively quickly. Onboard steel FlexTur™ tool board panels help keep tools organized and accessible. The base requires assembly, while all welding table tops ship assembled. Included with the package is a FlexTur™ 40-piece fixturing kit designed for use with FlexTur™ welding tables and other tables featuring 16mm holes. This comprehensive kit includes two 5/8" x 7-7/8" vertical clamps, two 5/8" x 11-1/4" vertical clamps, two 5/8" x 7-7/8" vertical adjustable throat clamps, two 5/8" x 11-1/4" vertical adjustable throat clamps, four 5/8" horizontal clamps, six ball lock bolts, six 7/8" locator pins, four 1.125" flat locator pins, two 1.25" locator pins, two 5-7/8" straight edge stops, two 90° angle brackets, two 120° V blocks, two 90° V blocks, and two hex wrenches.
