This package includes a FlexTur™ welding table measuring 36"L x 72"W x 35"H, featuring a 1/2" thick top with 1/4" x 2" struts and a heavy powder-coated matte black base with a 2,000 lb weight capacity. The surface flatness is maintained at +/- .015" over 4 square feet, making it ideal for smaller jobs or as an addition to other FlexTur™ welding tables. It is designed for use with FlexTur™ welding fixturing kits and accessories and includes FlexTur™ industrial 14-gauge metal pegboard/tool board panels compatible with FlexTur™ accessories. The table allows for quick changeover with a 2" grid pattern of 16mm locator pin holes, enabling inexperienced welders to easily set up accurately and be productive in minutes. Onboard steel FlexTur™ tool panels keep tools organized and within easy reach. While the base requires some assembly, all welding table tops ship assembled. The package also includes a FlexTur™ 27-piece fixturing kit recommended for 36" series welding tables, suitable for use with FlexTur™ welding tables and other tables featuring 16mm holes. The 27-piece fixturing kit contains four 5/8" vertical clamps, ten 4" tool cradle hooks, one weld gun holder, and sets of 1.0", 1.5", and 2.0" locator pins with four pieces in each size.
