This package includes a FlexTur™ welding table measuring 36"L x 30"W x 37"H with a 1/2" top featuring 1/4" x 2" struts and a heavy powder-coated matte black base that supports a 1,000 lb weight capacity. The surface flatness is maintained within +/- .015" over 4 square feet, making it ideal for smaller jobs or as an addition to other FlexTur™ welding tables. It is compatible with FlexTur™ welding fixturing kits and accessories and includes FlexTur™ industrial 14-gauge metal pegboard/tool board panels for use with FlexTur™ accessories. The table has a 2" grid pattern with 16mm locator pin holes enabling quick and easy changeover, allowing even inexperienced welders to make accurate setups and become productive quickly. Onboard steel FlexTur™ tool panels keep tools organized and accessible. The base requires some assembly, but all welding table tops ship assembled. Additionally, the package contains a FlexTur™ 27-piece fixturing kit designed for use with FlexTur™ welding tables and any tables with 16mm holes, recommended for the 36" x 30" stationary welding table. This kit includes 5/8" vertical clamps (4-pack), 4" tool cradle hooks (10-pack), a weld gun holder, 1.0" locator pins (4-pack), 1.5" locator pins (4-pack), and 2.0" locator pins (4-pack), offering the necessary clamps and accessories to be productive from the start.
