The FlexTur™ welding table measures 48"L x 48"W with adjustable legs ranging from 35" to 41" in height, featuring a 1/2" top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". The table has a 6,000 lbs. capacity and a surface flatness of +/- .015" over 4 square feet. It includes FlexTur™ tool board panels and a movable 16mm locator pin system arranged in a 2" grid pattern for easy and quick changeover. Skirting along all sides shares the same hole configuration, allowing the table to be extended in any direction up to 24" using a FlexTur™ fixture block for larger weldments. Designed for larger jobs, the table improves accuracy and significantly reduces setup time for complex weldments, enabling even inexperienced welders to set up accurately and become productive quickly. The onboard metal tool board panels help keep tools organized and accessible. While the base requires assembly, all welding table tops are shipped fully assembled.
