The Flextur™ Nitride welding table measures 48"L x 96"W x 35"H and features a 1/2" black top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". The package includes Flextur™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, heavy-duty swiveling lockable casters measuring 2"W x 6"H, and a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. The surface flatness is maintained within +/- .015" over 4 square feet. The table incorporates a movable 16mm locator pin arranged in a 2" grid pattern for quick and easy changeover. Skirting along all sides maintains the same hole configuration, allowing extension up to 24" using a Flextur™ fixture block for accommodating larger weldments. Designed for larger jobs, the table enhances accuracy and significantly reduces setup time for complex weldments, enabling even inexperienced welders to make accurate setups quickly. The onboard metal tool board panels help keep tools organized and easily accessible. While the base requires assembly, all welding table tops ship fully assembled.
