This package includes a FlexTur™ Nitride welding table measuring 48"L x 96"W x 35"H, featuring a 1/2" black top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16", FlexTur™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, heavy-duty swiveling lockable 2"W x 6"H casters, and a 2,000 lbs. capacity. The surface flatness is ±0.015" over 4 square feet. The table allows easy and quick changeover using movable 16mm locator pins arranged in a 2" grid pattern, with skirting that has the same hole configuration for extension up to 24" with a FlexTur™ fixture block for larger weldments. Well suited for larger jobs, these tables improve accuracy and reduce setup time, enabling inexperienced welders to quickly achieve productive, accurate setups. The base requires assembly, but all table tops ship assembled. Included is a FlexTur™ 80-piece fixturing kit designed for use with FlexTur™ welding tables and tables with 16mm holes. This kit contains clamps and accessories necessary for a variety of tasks: four 5/8" x 7-7/8" vertical clamps, four 5/8" x 11 1/4" vertical clamps, four 5/8" x 7-7/8" vertical adjustable throat clamps, four 5/8" x 11-1/4" vertical adjustable throat clamps, eight 5/8" horizontal clamps, twelve ball lock bolts, twelve 7/8" locator pins, eight 1.125" flat locator pins, four 1.125" locator pins, four 5 7/8" straight edge stops, four 90° angle brackets, four 120° V blocks, four 90° V blocks, and four hex wrenches.
