This package includes a FlexTur™ welding table measuring 48"L x 96"W x 35"H with a 1/2" top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts every 16", FlexTur™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, casters, and a 2,000 lbs. capacity. The surface flatness is +/- .015" over 4 square feet. All 48" tables come equipped with heavy-duty swiveling lockable 2"W x 6"H casters. Changeover is easy and quick with a movable 16mm locator pin in a 2" grid pattern. Skirting along all sides has the same hole configuration and offers flexibility to extend the table in any direction up to 24" with a FlexTur™ fixture block for larger weldments. The table is well suited for larger jobs, improving accuracy and significantly reducing setup time for complicated weldments; inexperienced welders can easily make accurate setups and become productive quickly. Onboard steel FlexTur™ tool board panels keep tools organized and within easy reach. The base requires assembly, but all welding table tops ship assembled. Included is a FlexTur™ 95-piece fixturing kit for welding and a 41-piece mobile tool board accessory kit. The 95-piece fixturing kit contains locator pins in sizes .75" (4 pcs), 1.0" (8 pcs), 1.25" (4 pcs), 1.5" (8 pcs), 1.75" (4 pcs), and 2.0" (8 pcs), locator stops (4 pcs), 5/8" vertical clamps (12 pcs), 5/8" horizontal clamps (4 pcs), Inserta pliers clamps (2 pcs), ratchet handle clamps (4 pcs), 5/8" clamp pins (4 pcs), 4" tool cradle hooks (10 pcs), 3" standard hooks (10 pcs), 3" x 5" bins (2 pcs), a weld gun holder, 90° V-blocks (2 pcs), 90° angle brackets (2 pcs), a 12" x 24" fixture block, and a weld table tool holder.
