The FlexTur™ Nitride Welding Table measures 48"L x 48"W with adjustable legs from 35"H to 41"H, featuring a 1/2" black top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". It includes FlexTur™ tool board panels and offers a 6,000 lbs. capacity. The surface flatness is maintained within +/- .015" over 4 square feet, and changeover is facilitated by movable 16mm locator pins arranged in a 2" grid pattern. Skirting along all sides with the same hole configuration allows extension of the table in any direction up to 24" using FlexTur™ fixture blocks, making it well-suited for larger weldments. This welding table improves accuracy and reduces setup time for complex projects, enabling even inexperienced welders to quickly achieve accurate setups. The onboard metal tool board panels keep tools organized and easily accessible. While the base requires assembly, all welding table tops ship assembled.
