The FlexTur™ fixture storage racks allow you to organize and protect your investment in fixtures while reducing setup times. This stackable design stores a large volume of fixtures near your cobot and FlexTur™ quick-change table or enables you to fork only the needed fixtures into position from a remote storage area. Fixtures are accessed with a central overhead lift to change over your FlexTur™ quick-change table quickly and safely. The racks store fixtures vertically in overhead tracks and adjust horizontally to maximize storage space. They can store five 400 lb, 72" x 36" fixture plates with 14" H fixtures or ten 200 lb, 36" x 36" fixture plates with 14" H fixtures. The racks can be stacked two high when the bottom rack is anchored and require an overhead lifting device for fixture plates. They feature built-in fork pockets and are American made in Dalton, Ohio, U.S.A.
