The Flextur™ nitride welding table top measures 48"L x 96"W x 6"H and features a 1/2" black top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". The surface flatness is maintained at +/- 0.015" over 4 square feet. It includes a movable 16mm locator pin arranged in a 2" grid pattern, enabling easy and quick changeover. Skirting along all sides shares the same hole configuration, allowing the table to be extended in any direction up to 24" using a Flextur™ fixture block for larger weldments. Designed for larger jobs, the table enhances accuracy and significantly reduces setup time for complex weldments, allowing even inexperienced welders to quickly achieve accurate setups and increase productivity. All welding table tops ship assembled and are made in the USA, specifically in Dalton, Ohio.
