This package includes a FlexTur™ welding table measuring 48"L x 48"W x 35"H, featuring a 1/2" thick top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16", with FlexTur™ tool board panels, a full bottom shelf, heavy-duty swiveling lockable 2"W x 6"H casters, and a 2,000 lbs. capacity. The surface flatness is +/- .015" over 4 square feet. The table includes a movable 16mm locator pin in a 2" grid pattern for easy and quick changeover, and skirting along all sides with the same hole configuration allows extension of the table in any direction up to 24" using a FlexTur™ fixture block for larger weldments. The base requires assembly, but all welding table tops ship assembled. Also included is a FlexTur™ 57-piece fixturing kit compatible with FlexTur™ welding tables and other tables with 16mm holes, containing clamps and accessories to enhance productivity and handle nearly any welding task; this kit is recommended for FlexTur™ 36" x 30", 36" x 72" stationary tables, and 48" x 48" with skirt welding tables, and all accessories are available separately; the kit is American made in Dalton, Ohio, U.S.A. Additionally, the package features a FlexTur™ 14-gauge metal pegboard/mobile tool board workstation with two panels front and back, mounted on 3" swivel locking casters, with a 900 lb. capacity and a matte black powder-coated finish that ensures sturdy, mobile storage keeping tools organized and within reach.
