The FlexTur™ welding table measures 48"L x 96"W with adjustable legs ranging from 35" to 41" in height and features a 1/2" thick top supported by 3/8" x 5" struts spaced every 16". It includes FlexTur™ tool board panels and has a load capacity of 6,000 lbs. The surface flatness tolerance is +/- .015" over 4 square feet, and the table allows quick changeover using movable 16mm locator pins set in a 2" grid pattern. Skirting with the same hole configuration is provided along all sides, enabling extension of the table by up to 24" in any direction using FlexTur™ fixture blocks for larger weldments. This welding table is designed for larger projects to improve accuracy and significantly reduce setup time, allowing even inexperienced welders to achieve an accurate setup and increase productivity quickly. The onboard metal tool board panels offer organized tool storage within easy reach. While the base requires assembly, all welding table tops are shipped preassembled.
