The Prodigy Plus® ice maker is a nugget style machine producing original chewable ice®, featuring a remote-cooled system and a production capacity of up to 2008 lb/24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1620 lb AHRI certified capacity at 90°/70°. It includes sealed maintenance-free bearings, stainless steel evaporator and auger components, AutoAlert™ indicator lights, a unit-specific QR code for quick access to service manuals, cleaning guides, and warranty history, along with one-touch cleaning and a stainless steel finish. The unit is protected by Agion™ antimicrobial coating on internal surfaces, uses R-404A refrigerant, operates on 208-230V/60/1-ph with 25.2 amps, and is NSF and cULus certified. It is engineered and assembled in the USA. Additional options include a SmartBoard™ advanced feature module for enhanced diagnostics, and an optional VariSmart™ ice level control for customizable ice production. The sealed refrigeration system reduces outside airborne contamination and the design offers a small operational footprint, increased energy and water efficiency compared to cube machines, and sealed bearings reduce preventative maintenance while ensuring long-lasting performance.
