The ice bin features a top-hinged front-opening door and has a 778 lb application capacity, designed for top-mounted ice makers with a 42" width and a metallic finish exterior. It includes a tool-less removable baffle, polyurethane insulation, a polyethylene liner, and comes with 6" legs. The bin is NSF certified, engineered, and assembled in the USA. It has a new sleek, contemporary styling that matches Prodigy Plus cube ice machines and other Scotsman® ice machines. The unit includes a convenient built-in scoop holder, a lightweight design, a unique recessed drain fitting for maximum installation flexibility, and is corrosion resistant. The spring-loaded door with hidden hinges ensures easy opening and closing, except for model B230P. An ice scoop is also included.
