The heavy-duty kit includes a vertical frame, spreader bars, frame and post hinges, a two-way gate latch kit, patented truss cable, drop rod kit, and screws, requiring only wood to complete the gate. Its patented anti-sag leveling system ensures long-term structural integrity, while the rust-resistant, powder-coated steel and weatherproof hinges provide durability in harsh conditions. Suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, the kit is designed in the Pacific Northwest, USA. For proper installation, allow at least 1" clearance between the inner edges of gate posts for hinge and latch placement. The product comes with a limited warranty ensuring quality and performance.
