The Arcadia Alpine 12' x 35' carport is a durable shelter designed to protect vehicles, RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles from snow, rain, leaves, and harmful UV rays. It features 10 ft. of clearance, which is 3.5 ft. taller than the standard Arcadia carport, making it suitable for taller vehicles and trailers. The roof is made of virtually unbreakable 6mm gray polycarbonate panels that provide 100% UV protection and are designed to slide into place without the need to secure them from the roof. The kit includes pre-drilled holes, pre-cut panels, required hardware, and an anchor kit for securing the structure. Its frame is constructed from sturdy, powder-coated gray aluminum and galvanized steel, ensuring rust resistance and easy cleaning with a garden hose. The carport has a minimum snow load capacity of 30 lbs/sq. ft.
