The portable maintenance ladder is designed for use around various stores and inventory rooms and is constructed with a square tubing framework that supports uniform capacities up to 350 lbs. It features hand railing for user safety while ascending or descending, with a 10" distance between steps. The ladder has a powder-coated finish for added toughness. It complies with ANSI 14.7 and OSHA 1910.29 specifications and includes a simple tilt-back design for easy portability. A removable access chain is provided to increase worker safety when the ladder is not in use.
