The Lyon® 2000 Series closed steel shelving angle post add-on unit instantly creates more vertical storage space and is ideal for steel shelving configurations against a wall or back-to-back rows. Designed for economical, general-purpose storage, this 5-shelf metal shelving unit accommodates light parts, aerosols, as well as heavier items like tools and safety supplies, making it suitable for warehouse or commercial use. The industrial steel shelving features a durable Dove Gray powder coat finish that protects against everyday wear. Each add-on includes one intermediate upright assembly consisting of one front angle post and two rear angle post uprights with a spot-welded 24-gauge steel side panel for quick and easy assembly. The angle posts are roll-formed from 14-gauge steel for added strength, while the 24-gauge steel back panel reduces lateral sway, providing excellent support and stability. Five adjustable, heavy-duty 20-gauge steel shelves with a patented box design add strength to both the front and rear, and lapped and welded corners enhance durability. Each shelf includes four clips that adjust on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers for customizable shelf placement without tools.
