The Lyon 8000 Series closed steel shelving add-on unit provides additional vertical storage space with closed back and sides, suitable for placement against a wall or back-to-back in rows. This industrial shelving unit includes one upright assembly consisting of two T-post uprights made of hot-rolled 16-gauge steel and a spot-welded 24-gauge steel side panel, with a 24-gauge steel back panel that prevents lateral sway and enhances stability. The unit comes with five adjustable steel shelves available in 22-gauge medium-duty, 20-gauge heavy-duty, or 18-gauge extra heavy-duty options, designed to accommodate light parts, aerosols, tools, safety supplies, and heavier items. Shelves feature a patented box design for additional strength front and rear, with lapped and welded corners for durability. Shelf clips included allow for tool-free adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, enabling easy customization of shelf spacing.
