The Lyon 8000 Series closed steel shelving starter unit provides additional vertical storage space with a closed back and sides, suitable for placement against a wall or back-to-back for rows. This industrial shelving unit includes two upright assemblies, each consisting of two T-post uprights made of hot-rolled 16-gauge steel with spot-welded 24-gauge steel side panels and a 24-gauge steel back panel to prevent lateral sway and enhance stability. The unit features five adjustable shelves available in 22-gauge medium-duty steel for light items, 20-gauge heavy-duty steel, or 18-gauge extra heavy-duty steel for heavier tools or parts, all with patented box design and lapped and welded corners for added strength and durability. Shelf clips allow easy, tool-free adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. The shelving is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat to protect against everyday wear.
