The Lyon® 2000 Series closed steel shelving beaded post add-on unit instantly creates more vertical storage space and is designed for use with steel shelving placed either against a wall or back-to-back in rows. This enclosed shelving unit is suitable for economical, general-purpose storage, offering five adjustable heavy-duty 20-gauge steel shelves ideal for storing light parts, aerosols, tools, safety supplies, and large parts. The unit includes one intermediate upright assembly composed of a front beaded post upright and two rear angle post uprights with a spot-welded 24-gauge steel side panel, which enables fast and easy assembly while providing clear-shelf access in front. The shelving uprights are roll-formed from 14-gauge steel for enhanced strength, and the 24-gauge steel back panel prevents lateral sway, contributing to overall stability and support. The shelves feature a patented box design with lapped and welded corners that add strength and durability, and each shelf includes four shelf clips for adjustable height placement. The shelving is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint to protect against everyday wear.
