This 3-foot shelving unit features a closed back and sides, allowing for use either against a wall or back-to-back for rows of shelving. Lyon's® 8000 series is suitable for warehouse or commercial metal shelving applications and includes a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray to help protect from everyday use. Each metal bin shelving add-on includes one upright assembly, consisting of two T-post uprights made of hot-rolled 16-gauge steel with a spot welded 24-gauge steel side panel and a 24-gauge steel back panel that prevents lateral sway and provides stability. The add-on also includes medium-duty 22-gauge steel shelves with a patented box design for added strength at the front and rear, featuring lapped and welded corners for durability; each shelf includes four tool-free adjustable shelf clips for customized shelf height. Steel dividers made from 22-gauge steel are included with each add-on, allowing for customizable side-to-side spacing on shelves pre-punched with 1-inch-wide spacing to maximize storage flexibility.
